So many destinations in South Carolina are jumping on board when it comes to being dog friendly.  Of course what most people think about when they think about South Carolina is the subtropical coastline commonly known as the Low Country and the beaches along the coastline.  Hilton Head and Myrtle Beach are two of the most highly traveled beach destinations in South Carolina.  Hilton Head is an example of a location that has "gone to the dogs."  With many options on accomidations and a growing list of restaurants that are dog friendly, Hilton Head is great place to visit when traveling with your dog.  But in addition to the great beaches of South Carolina, the state is rich in history.  From Charleston to Georgtown and all the small towns like Buffort, visiting the historical towns of South Carolina is a wonderful experience that is easily done with your dog.
