Bark For Life is a non-competitive walk event for dogs and their owners to raise funds and awareness in the fight against cancer.
So often, our dogs help us through our darkest hours whether it be guiding the blind, watching over the young, or supporting those who are sick – those with cancer. Bark for Life will celebrate our canine caregivers and help the American Cancer Society save lives.
Dogs are more than just “best friends.” They are companions, service dogs, guide dogs, rescue dogs, police dogs, therapy dogs, and diagnostic dogs all who provide the unconditional love, joy, and security without any judgment of who we are. Support Bark for Life and help the American Cancer Society move closer to our ultimate goal of a world with less cancer and more birthdays.
Sunday, May 2, 2010 is sure to be a fun-filled day with a relay, demonstrations, contests, games, and celebrations! Sign-up today or support us with a donation in our fight against cancer.
